When you create an account we store your email, and any profile details you choose to add — such as your name, phone number, location, occupation, website, and avatar. We also store content you submit like feedback and contact messages.
Your data is used to operate your member account, generate your ID card, personalise your dashboard, and — only if you opt in — send you push notifications and reminders.
Your data is stored on our managed cloud backend with row-level security so members can only read and edit their own records. Your app-lock PIN is hashed and never leaves your device; biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system.
Push notifications are strictly opt-in. You can enable or disable them at any time from your dashboard settings, and revoke browser permission in your device settings.
You can view and edit your profile data at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us and we will action it.
